Sweeper

The sweeper is intended for cleaning courtyards, residential areas, parks, schools, roadways, pedestrian streets, public squares, workshops etc. where power drive machine are not suitable to be used. This machine is designed for cleaning fruit peels, waste papers, leaves, dust and household waste. This machine is not suitable for cleaning liquid or burning objects such as cigarette and matches. For flexibility, the operation handle is designed to be adjusted in three positions. It can be folded for easy storing. Double side brushes can reach the corners or awkward places.

Working mechanism

This is an manual sweeper that is driven by pushing. Wheel rotating drive the belt, then the belt drive the roller brush and side brushes to sweep the floor and collect the rubbish into the waste tank.
Side brushes are designed to sweep the rubbish to the working area of the roller brush. Then the roller brush takes the rubbish into waste tank. Side brushes are very effective when sweeping the corners.

Features

1. Energy saving manual sweeper:
   No power is needed to operate the machine. This purely mechanical transmission sweeper is easy to use. Push it to move and collect rubbish into the waste tank. It is equipped with roller brush and side brushes, providing a working width up to 920mm that is able to sweep large areas and awkward corners efficiently.
2. Adjustable operating handle:
   The operation handle can be adjusted to a proper position for comfortable operation. The handle can fold to save space when storing and also has a handle for easy carrying.
3. Adjustable roller brush:
   Adjustable roller brush structure is designed to meet different floor requirements.
4. Adjustable side brush:
   Side brushes can be adjusted according to floor condition and wear, providing high efficiency, reducing wear and extending service life of side brushes.
5. Quick removable waste tank:
   This sweeper is a combination of sweeping and rubbish storing. It collects rubbish while sweeping to avoid rubbish being blown away. removable waste tank designed for easy emptying and cleaning, labor-saving and efficient.
6. Simple maintenance:
   This sweeper can be washed with water. No battery is needed and maintenance free.
7. Durable and long-lasting:
   Main unit of this sweeper adopts high strength engineering plastic which is deformation, corrosion and aging resistant.

Operation instructions

Operation handle adjustment

The handle can be adjusted in three position.

1. Release the hand screw and adjust the handle fixing parts to 1. Then tighten the screw to fix the handle in position 1.
2. Release the hand screw and adjust the handle fixing parts to 2. Then tighten the screw to fix the handle in position 2.
3. Release the hand screw and adjust the handle fixing parts to 3. Then tighten the screw to fix the handle in position 3.

Roller brush adjust

• Adjust the handle to “+” to lower the roller brushes.
• Adjust the handle to “-” to lift the roller brushes.

Side brush adjust

• Adjust the handle to “+” to lower the side brushes.
• Adjust the handle to “-” to lift the side brushes.

NOTE:

• The height of the stairs should not be higher than 2.5cm when pushing the machine forward. DO NOT lift the head of the machine oven 2.5cm. Otherwise, the waste tank will be poured out.
• The height of the stairs should not be higher than 19cm when moving the machine backwards.

Daily maintenance

Waste tank emptying

Hold the waste tank handle and lift it up to remove the waste tank.
Empty the waste tank. Attention: Wash the waste tank with water if there are rubbish attached. DO NOT knock the tank against hard objects.

Roller brush

If the roller is tangled with rubbish, rotate it reversely and remove the rubbish.

Roller brush replacement

1. Remove the waste tank.
2. Fold the operation handle and turn the machine upright.
3. Replace the roller brush with cross screwdriver.

Side brush replacement

Lift up side brushes and release the screws with screwdriver.
Replace side brushes.

Left/right dust guard replacement

1. Remove the waste tank.
2. Fold the handle and turn the machine upright.
3. Replace the dust guards with cross screwdriver.

Rear dust guard replacement

1. Lift up the side brushes.
2. Turn the machine on its side.
3. Replace the rear dust guard with cross screwdriver.

Rubber strip replacement

1. Remove the waste tank.
2. Replace the rubber strip with cross screwdriver.

Filter sponge cleaning/replacement

1. Remove the waste tank.
2. Remove the roller brush.
3. Clean or replace the filter sponge.

Replacement period:

Only professional personal should do the repairs.

• Squeegee: 200 hours
• Belt: 800 hours
• Dash-proof rubber strip: 1000 hours
